A beloved small business in Glendale, Arizona, needed support increasing brand awareness and driving consistent customer engagement beyond its immediate neighborhood. This campaign focused on boosting visibility and measuring impact through email marketing, social media, and promotional incentives. By using interactive newsletters, trackable promo codes, and community-focused events, the strategy encouraged repeat visits, expanded reach, and helped evaluate ROI in a competitive local market. While the pantry offers unique, homemade pickled goods and specialty items, its location can be a bit inconvenient for people who might opt for more easily accessible stores. Additionally, the pantry has had challenges of building brand awareness in a competitive local market, where bigger stores and online retailers dominate.
My strategic solution is demonstrated through this curated content calendar. We’ve used promotional codes, such as offering 20% off a cocktail garnishing course with the code “PANTRY”, and free delivery on DoorDash orders for signing up for the newsletter.
These codes help us track which methods drive the most sales and engagement. Social media is another key tool, where we encourage sharing through giveaways and highlighting events like our presence at the Uptown Farmers Market.
